Beauty in the Balance

Balance comes in the moments when you stand up for the life you truly want for yourself, by making choices that align with that.
This week we starting by writing out a schedule for your week. This will help you not feel so scattered, overwhelmed, and show you how much you accomplish in a day. With all the “balls” you are juggling a schedule is key in being able to manage and accomplish each task successfully!
Right now, you may feel overwhelmed. Lol
Don’t forget that you’re human. It’s okay to have a melt down. Just don’t unpack and live there. Cry it out and then refocus on where you are headed.
Set Attainable Goals!
Grab a piece of paper and pencil.
1. Write down all the things you desire to see change in.
Don't overthink. Just write! This is what a pencil is for. As you are writing down what comes to mind you will remember others.
2. Now set them in order of what is most important to least important.
3. Pick the first two things and now choose one habit that will help change that.
-For instance...You want to get off craving sugar. If you look at your habits and see that you have. let's say 3 Dr. Peppers a day, then decide to stop drinking Dr. Pepper and choose sweet tea in it's place.
4. Once you have set two habits that you will focus on changing I want you to now position yourself in a place to succeed. In regards to our last example, having a bottle of water or a pack of gum on hand will help when you have the urges for Dr. Pepper.
The key to any success is consistently. I don't care how you slice it...stay consistent. Even if it seems so simple to do. Do it and make small changes to the BIG goal. Believe me, you'll see a change!
